Earl Dibbs from Wheronerth Montana writes dear Hugh: I have a flat tire. What do you think is the cause of the problem?
From Hugh
.
Well…………………………..I would say the root of the problem is that one side of your tire is not shaped like the other sides. What this will do is create an uneven up and down woobley wubbley wandery tendency as you seek to traverse the paved byways of our fair land.
.
As the pressure inside the “orb-like -rubber air-containment and motion facilitation device” (i.e. tire) falls to at, or near, the pressure of the ambient atmosphere……….It is not uncommon to see the vehicle force the imminent collapse of the “tar”. Yielding a “FLAT TAR”.

Your welcome……………….
