There have been a number of

government funded studies on

this very subject….But

none of them have been conclusive,

largely due to the fact that they were

unable to find the answer…..

and NEED MORE FUNDING….

convertor couldnt possibly have

worked correctly since it was initially on a

PUNKIN POWERED Vehicle…..

(Which is far more GREEN than your

average

infernal comblustion engine.
